The Cookie Concierge: Eleni's New York

People who know me know that I love baking cookies. Dinner parties, birthday parties, weekend getaways - I usually bring my cookies along in some way, shape or form. Sometimes, I even have fantasies of moving to an exotic island where I live among the locals, lay out, and bake cookies for a living - sounds pretty perfect, right?

I thought this was just a sweet little fantasy, until I heard about Eleni. The woman who actually lives out the cookie and island parts of my day dream.

Known for creating "playfully unique" cookies, Eleni spends her days baking-up cookies for the locals (think: Bergdorf Goodman, Henri Bendel, Saks Fifth Avenue, Kate Spade) while enjoying life on an island called Manhattan. 

Thankfully, Eleni is kind enough to ship her sweet (and pretty darn cute!) confections to those of us living on the mainland.
